PLE Executive Leadership

This course is based on 20 years of experience coaching and training leaders and executives at the largest organizations throughout the world.

leadership-test-SMPLE Executive Leadership: The 5 Functions will address the fundamental challenge of a senior or executive-level leader in law enforcement today; how to create and maintain an aligned, agile, and engaged organization. This requires the leader to take a balanced and integrated approach to the role. When you consider a larger context of change, uncertainty, and turbulence that defines the 21st Century, the task of leading a highly effective law enforcement agency becomes daunting and yet exhilarating.

Everyone attending the PLE Leadership Work Session will receive a FREE copy of the popular book The Leadership Test: Will You Pass? Compliments of Michigan Association of Chiefs of Police.

Work Session Objectives

The senior/executive leader in law enforcement will gain threshold competency in five fundamental areas of responsibility, or what we term the “5 Functions”:

1. Values & Culture
2. Vision & Strategy
3. Alignment & Execution
4. Change & Innovation
5. Talent Acquisition & Development

This one-day workshop consists of six modules.
