The Core Leadership and BlueEQ™ Mastery Track Workshop:
This course is based on 20 years of experience coaching and training leaders and executives at the largest organizations throughout the world. It is a three-day training workshop that focuses on the shift in contribution to team-based leadership, coaching, and accountability that are critical to success for front-line supervisors and mid-level managers in law enforcement. A critical component will be studying and applying emotional intelligence, your ability to be aware of and control your emotions. It’s also your ability to perceive your environment and work effectively with others. The radical transparency of the 21st century requires emotional intelligence, or EQ, to stay safe, strong, and successful.
The workshop includes an online, highly accurate, BlueEQ™ self-assessment, and takes participants through a highly interactive, introspective, and applied learning experience. Participants assess themselves in five skill areas and 25 dimensions, identify priorities for positive behavioral change, create a BlueEQ™ personal development plan. It will prepare law enforcement managers at all levels with the CORE tools, behaviors, and skills necessary to become high-performing, promotable leaders.
