We are strong advocates of assessment. It can be used for many reasons; however, at Partners in Law Enforcement our assessment model includes three key services:
We use this form of assessment to determine a company’s needs or problems so we can recommend products and solutions that will be most helpful and meaningful in bringing about the required organizational results. We have a series of instruments we use for this purpose depending on the type of organization and its needs.
We use 360° assessments to help you and your organization make friendly changes. The intent of a 360° Assessment is to get a complete picture of how people perceive you or your company. Of course, 360° refers to a global view coming from different angles. Discovering information about yourself and/or your organization is often very helpful in bringing about friendly change. We use several 360° assessments.
We use impact analysis assessments to determine how effectively workshops and change approaches are helping individuals and organizations. We have developed a special impact analysis process that we use and teach others to use to determine if the learning and change approaches are truly having organizational impact.
